Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops
Ingredients -
5 Cups Peeled Potatoes
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
6 Pork Chops (1 inch thick)
Salt, to taste
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Butter
Preparation:

1. In a 13x9x2 baking dish greased it with butter and layer half of the potatoes and onions.

2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Repeat layers.

4. Combine the sour cream and soup.

5. Pour it over the potato mixture.

6. Cover it and bake it for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

7. After the pork chops brown in the hot skillet, place them on top of the casserole.

8. Cover and put the lid on for 30 minutes.

9. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes longer or until the pork chops are tender.
