Chive Cheese Noodle Casserole

This is a very tasty and cheesy dish that is filling and one that my kids love very much. I love to take it pot luck because it’s great and doesn’t cost a lot of money.
Ingredients -
1 Package Thin Egg Noodles
Salt to Taste
1 Stick Butter
Philadelphia Chive Cream Cheese (3 ounces)
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Bread Crumbs
1 Bunch Chives
 
Preparation:

1. Cook noodles until they are al dente.

2. Chop chives, including white and green parts.

3. Mix the salt, butter, cream cheese, chives, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.

4. Put into a casserole and top with bread crumbs just enough to cover.

5. Bake at 325 degrees until hot and bubbly.

Add enough bread crumbs to your liking. Some like a lot some like just enough to cover. You decide how much you want on it.

You can use any kind of cream soup you’d like including cream of celery, cream of asparagus or cream of chicken. It’s your preference because they all taste great in this recipe. Try to get whatever soup is on sale at the time. Also if you have a big family you can scale the recipe up very easily.
