1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. With butter or nonstick cooking spray grease a 9x13x2-inch baking dish.
3. Evenly in a baking dish spread rice in a layer.
4. Make a second layer with the broccoli.
5. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and condensed soup, half of the grated cheese, salt, pepper and chicken in a large bowl.
6. Pour mixture over the broccoli and top with remaining grated cheese.
7. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
