California Egg and Sausage Casserole

Who doesn’t love breakfast? I even love breakfast for dinner. I love to come home and throw this together because it is so super easy and have breakfast for dinner. It’s fun!
Ingredients -
6 Large California Fresh Eggs
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 1/2 Cups Biscuit Mix
1/2 Pound Cooked Sausage (crumbled)
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Break eggs and add milk in a large bowl,.

3. Mix well.

4. Add the biscuit mix, cooked sausage and cheddar cheese.

5. In a greased 9" × 13" pan mix and pour it in.

6. Bake the mixture for about 40 minutes (or until eggs are set).

Try serving this with some delicious pancakes and juice. Make it an authentic breakfast at night!

This meal is also amazing with some nice fresh cinnamon rolls. They do take a little more time but boy are they worth the time and the effort. Yum. I love cinnamon rolls more than life.
